Achieving top quality has always been one of the hallmarks of Industrias LOTU's business philosophy. Indeed, in 1996 it was the first company from the bolts and screws sector to gain ISO 2001 certification from AENOR for its Quality Assurance System.
The importance of quality is expressed in the company's Continuous Improvement Programme, which sets a number of objectives and demands every year on the basis of ideas contributed by all the departments in Industrias LOTU.
The company is currently in the process of obtaining ISO 14000 certification and adapting its quality assurance system to the new ISO 9001:2000 standard.
