This Price List replaces and annuls all previous price lists.
Orders are considered as firm from the moment they are received. The placing of an order shall imply acceptance, on the part of the Client, of the conditions of sale of INDUSTRIAS LOTU S.A.
The minimum quantity for orders is 120 Euros (net amount, not including VAT). Should an order for less than this amount be accepted a surcharge of 8 Euros shall be added to the order.
The minimum quantity per measurement (screws packed in boxes) shall be 2.000 units or by default de packaging minimum amount.
The minimum quantity per measurement for special custom-made productions shall be 100.000 units, depending on the measurement of the screw.
Transport to the destination will be paid on quantities above 450 Euros (net amount, not including VAT).
The choice on mode of transport shall correspond to INDUSTRIAS LOTU S.A. Should the Client choose another type of transport, or an exceptionally urgent means of transport, the Client shall pay transport.
The Client should make the necessary check of approval in relation to the delivery note; otherwise the Client should present a claim to the forwarding agent prior to taking charge of the merchandise.
INDUSTRIAS LOTU S.A. should be informed immediately in the case of anomalies that lead to possible complaints in order to make the necessary rectifications.
Complaints made one month after the date of delivery shall not be accepted.
Likewise, returns of material three months after the date of delivery shall not be accepted.
In any case, returns of material shall not be accepted without previous notification in writing and the acceptance of the same on the part of INDUSTRIAS LOTU S.A. A charge corresponding to the cost of placing the material in the warehouse shall be made when crediting such returns.
